- Regular breaks are necessary, especially in extreme weather conditions; kindly escort the character to a private room for rest

Travel Fee and Booking Policy

 

A travel fee will be applied to all locations outside the Athens, Texas loop. To simplify, we've marked the boundary: any delivery address passing the loop will incur a travel fee.

 

Booking and Payment Terms:

 

- Travel fee must be paid in full at the time of booking

- _NO REFUNDS_ will be issued under any circumstances

 

Character Booking Policy:

- The individuals wearing the costumes are paid in full at booking, guaranteeing their services for your event

- We are not responsible for the full usage of booked character time

- Example: If you book a character for 15/30 minutes and they are only used for 5 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., time constraints, venue restrictions), _NO REFUNDS_ will be issued.
