_Reservations and Booking_

- To reserve, email jumpwithroxy08.2018@gmail.com or text 903-275-4410 (text responses are quicker)

- An estimate will be sent via email; please review, accept, and pay the 10 % non-refundable booking deposit fee within 48 hours

- Payment methods:

Venmo (@Roxana-Rodriguez-52), CashApp ($RdzRox), or cash/check (Cash = No Tax)

- Please sign and return the rental agreement attached to the estimate. email back to jumpwithroxy08.2018@gmail.com

- _Important:_ If the estimate is not accepted and the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the rental will be put back on the available list and made available for other customers. This ensures that we can accommodate other bookings and minimize potential losses.

- Delivery schedules vary by weekend and distance from Athens- Provide your latest delivery time to help us plan our route- Pickup is usually before dark, unless special arrangements are made (we have delivered the evening before and have picked up the morning after)- We try to give the rentals a quick rinse and disinfect during pickup before rolling the unit.

_Travel Fee_- A travel fee will be applied to all deliveries outside the Athens, TX loop- To simplify, we've marked the boundary: any delivery address passing the loop will incur a travel fee

*A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental booking. If you pay more than the 10% deposit, the excess amount will be considered refundable in the event of cancellation. However, the initial 10 % deposit will remain non-refundable unless the cancellations is due to inclement weather on the scheduled delivery day. in such cases, cancellations must be made on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund of the non-refundable deposit. For that we will send a text that morning.

Rain Policy:

If it's raining on the scheduled delivery day, we'll send out a text message to you in the morning to give you the option to either keep or cancel your rental. You're welcome to keep the rental even if it's raining, in case you'd like to wait for weather to clear up. If you choose to keep the rental, please ensure the blower is kept out of the rain while it's raining. Once the rain clears up, you can reattach the blower and turn on the inflatable. This way, you can still enjoy your rental while taking necessary precautions to protect our equipment,
